The difference between color printing carton and watermark carton is as follows:

1. Different physical properties

Color printing carton generally refers to offset carton, suitable for fine color printing, printing with PS board, printing paper is coated paper or white board paper, the surface is smooth, and the need for glue or UV oil treatment, that is, you can protect the ink from hanging, but also the surface can become brighter or darker a special high-grade effect.

Watermark carton with resin plate or rubber plate, the printing accuracy is much worse, suitable for ordinary outer packing boxes, common monochrome or two-color printing, the surface is not treated, the printing paper is generally kraft paper, the surface is rough.

2. Different production processes

The carton is mostly watermarked, and the water-based ink is printed directly on the cardboard through the rubber plate/resin plate. Common monochrome, two-color printing, if you need 3-4 colors, you need 2 printing plates. This kind of printing has low price, low color reproduction, and is suitable for ordinary transportation packaging boxes with low printing accuracy requirements.
